How Much Does an EU Driving License Cost?
Everyone wants to have an excellent driving license that will never expire. The reality is a bit different.
Getting an Polish driving license requires many steps. The most important are: medical examination, theory and practical lessons. You must also meet the age requirements of the category in which you are applying for a driving licence.

To obtain a driving license, you first need to get a doctor's (orzeczenie Lkarskie) confirmation that you are qualified to drive. It may sound odd, but it's the way things work in Poland. The doctor will ask you a bunch of naive questions about your health, such as the possibility of problems with your eyesight or any other medical issue and will never physically examine you at all. If you're from one of the countries that is a member of the EU or EEA or a country that is a participant in the 1968 Vienna Convention on Road Traffic then you do not need to do this, as your driving licence will be recognised as valid in Poland. 2. Theory test

4. Documents
For foreigners who have emigrated to Poland and want to drive, obtaining a Polish driver's license is vital for avoiding problems with car insurance.
